This course is designed for individuals looking to improve in the areas of speed, agility, strength and overall fitness. Every student will have an opportunity to learn about proper lifting techniques, as well as lifts that are designed to improve athletic performance. Students will also become familiar with training techniques that will be used to develop speed and agility. This is an excellent opportunity for you to prepare yourself for the fall athletic season or to just improve your personal fitness.
