This course is designed for individuals looking for opportunities to work on speed, agility, strength and overall fitness. Every student will be instructed on proper lifting techniques, as well as lifts that are designed to improve athletic performance. Students will also learn numerous training techniques that can be used in improving speed and agility. This is an excellent opportunity for you to prepare yourself for the fall athletic season or to just improve your personal fitness.
