The Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau School District is seeking candidates for a full-time Family and Consumer Education teaching position at the middle and high school level beginning with the 2019-2020 school year.
Qualifications: We are looking for a professional educator who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues, developing positive relationships with students and parents, and building partnerships with the community. Courses include Fashion Design, Housing and Interior Design, Ethnic Foods, Family Foods and Society, Gourmet Foods, Child Development, Food and Restaurant Service, Assistant Child Care Teacher, Child Care Teaching, and Parents and Children at the high school level and FCS-7 at the middle school level.
License: Must have, or be eligible for, a Wisconsin DPI Certification in Family and Consumer Education (#1210). Additional certifications preferred, but not required: 1211- Childcare Services and 1213- Foodservice.
